  TaggedPaws ("we," "our," or "us") provides a secure video vault and automated behavioral tagging utility for pet content creators. To operate our service, we collect:User Authentication:
• Account metadata securely authenticated via Firebase.
• Media Assets: Video clips uploaded directly by you into our secure Cloudflare R2 storage containers.
• AI Metadata: Non-personal kinetic behavioral tags (e.g., action timestamps, movement markers) generated asynchronously through our machine-learning partners (Twelve Labs).2. How Your Data is Processed

  Your uploaded videos are transmitted securely to be processed for the sole purpose of generating search tags. We explicitly do not track, catalog, or identify human faces, specific user locations, breed definitions, or background environments. Your media is private and accessible only via your secure authenticated account.
• 3. Data Retention and Automated Purge Policy
  
  To maintain lean, affordable storage tiers for all creators, TaggedPaws enforces a strict 30-day non-payment data lifecycle policy. If an account subscription fails or is canceled, the account enters a Read-Only Vault state. If the account remains unpaid for thirty (30) consecutive days, all stored video assets and associated AI text search indexes will be permanently and irreversibly purged from our Cloudflare servers.
• 4. Third-Party Infrastructure
  
  We securely route data across standard enterprise infrastructure partners, specifically Cloudflare (hosting/storage) and Twelve Labs (asynchronous video analysis).
