End User License Agreement (EULA) for TaggedPaws

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "Creator") and TaggedPaws for the use of the TaggedPaws mobile and web applications.
1. License Grant & Permitted Use
TaggedPaws grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize our video vault storage and automated tag indexing services strictly for your own personal or business content creation purposes.
2. Prohibited Content & Abuse
You agree not to upload any media assets that are illegal, violent, abusive, or explicitly violate third-party copyright laws. TaggedPaws reserves the right to suspend any account and block the Cloudflare Worker upload streams immediately if malicious activity, server strain abuse, or prohibited content is detected.
3. Storage Limits & Subscription Terms
You agree to adhere to the explicit storage gigabyte and processing minute allowances dictated by your active paid tier (Nano, Minor, Major, Super). Reaching your active plan threshold will pause the upload pipeline until your current billing cycle resets or an add-on top-up is purchased.
4. Limitation of Liability
TaggedPaws provides advanced machine-learning classification on an "as-is" basis. We are a workflow organization tool. We are not liable for any content post delays, internet trend timing, viral metric variations, or accidental data loss resulting from user-initiated deletion or failed subscription billing purges.
